Our residential work is typically a component of high-density mixed-use urban development. Recent research initiatives include living|space and eco|tower, which, in different ways look for original methods of providing sustainable communities in this environment.
With our work in this sector rooted in student and key-worker accommodation, we are also interested in the design and integration of affordable housing. We have developed a parameter calculator to inform feasibility studies on mix of unit sizes and provide developers with a quick source of reference. |
