Richard Campbell is an architect and developer with some 40 years of experience in the property development sector.
He has been manager or principal on a wide range of projects, from hotels and office buildings to industrial parks and residential developments throughout both Australia and overseas.

Richard's core expertise is in the development of project strategy and negotiations for clients with particular accommodation requirements. He has worked with a number of government and privately owned organisations to deliver workplaces that provide measurable benefits through productivity improvements, recurrent cost savings, staff churn reduction and organisational change.

Kevin Lynn-Black
Director: Architecture
Kevin has been a practising Architect for twenty one years and has gained experience in a large variety of projects both in Australia and internationally. He has made significant contributions to projects in Australia and New Zealand, the United Kingdom, China and the United Arab Emirates. His versatility is demonstrated through his involvement on Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Lifestyle, Industrial and Education projects.

Sonja Vogeler
Director: Interior Design
Sonja is an outstanding creative designer, who has recently joined Reid Campbell as the new head of interior design. She has highly developed skills in interactive design workshops and maintains a thoroughly researched understanding of international workplace trends. Her past experience include a period working with HASSELL architects, where she worked on projects for clients including OPTUS in North Ryde, ANZ in Bangalore and the Queens Square Law Courts in Sydney. Sonja is currently undertaking an MBA with a focus on Organisational Behaviour and Change Management. She has a refined knowledge of organisational culture and the key factors of workplace productivity.

Song leads Reid Campbell's Commercial & Industrial Architecture division and has over 14 years experience providing solutions for large scale operators and developers both in Australia and Internationally.
Prior to joining Reid Campbell, Song held various positions at leading development companies including Australand and Walker Corporation.

Emma Davenport
Interior Designer
Emma has a wealth of experience designing and managing projects for some of Australia’s leading financial organisations. Emma has particular expertise managing fast-track projects and integrating design and management principals to ensure on time and budget delivery.
Emma has worked extensively with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, designing and managing the roll-out of new commercial and retail space of some 150,000 sqm.

Vivian Kwok
Architect
Vivien has over 3 years experience as a Project
Professional and has recently become a registered
architect.
Prior to joining Reid Campbell Vivien focussed
mainly on Education Facilities, and has worked on
more than 24 projects with construction values of
up to $22 Million. Vivien has also had experience in
the Masterplanning of these facilities.
Since joining Reid Campbell Vivien has been involved
at various levels, in a number of our current major hotel developments. Vivien is also an experienced Revit professional.
