Richard G. Campbell
Chairman
Richard Campbell is an accomplished architect (formally of Davenport Campbell, then Spowers) who has 40 years of involvement in the development of hotels, office buildings, industrial parks and residential developments as a principal.
Richard's area of specific interest is strategic masterplanning of complex projects dealing with physical, social and economic uses.

Managing Director
Richard has an extensive track record working within all property sectors, including education, commercial & industrial, hotels, education and residential as well as the commercial tenant market, particularly in the areas of property advisory, roll-out programming, space analysis and planning.
His understanding of the commercial office market from both the owner/developer and tenant point of view has enabled him to quickly identify niche value-added opportunities for clients, including strategic refurbishment programs.
Richard has responsibility for managing and developing the company's international business ambitions through our global network of offices.

Song Kitcharayothin
Associate Director
Song has more than 15 years experience working on industrial developments both as a project architect and project director.
He has specialist knowledge of production, manufacturing and biotechnology facilities and of the associated specific, technical fit-out coordination these buildings require.
Song has also worked on numerous masterplanning projects, and has recently worked closely with our UK office on the plans for a 92 hectare distribution logistics park incorporating 2.5 million square feet of cross-docked and rail-served facilities.

Fergus Cumming
Associate Director
Fergus has extensive experience working on major projects in a variety of sectors and heads up the company's retail and education sectors in the Asia-Pacific regions.
Fergus understands the entire spectrum of retail from individual unit fit-outs to mega-scale town centre regeneration schemes, working on notable projects including the highly regarded Rouse Hill Shopping Centre development.
Fergus has also developed a strong expertise in the delivery of education projects having managed the delivery of some 60 public and private schools through the Federal Government Stimulus Package.

Matthew Cumming
Associate Director
Matthew has a broad experience in all property sectors however he specifically specialises in multi-unit and mixed use residential buildings, working exclusively in this sector for the past 18 years.
Matthew has worked both with, and for many leading property developers and has a deep understanding of the nuances of this sector, designing efficiently considered buildings.
He also has five years experience working in the USA working with complex zoning redevelopments and planning commissions.

Geoff Shaw
Associate Director
Geoff has extensive experience in the hotel sector, with particular knowledge of operators needs and hotel development area programming to inform feasability prior to design.
His experience covers the whole spectrum of hotel types and building options from luxury to budget, from new build and extentions to refurbishments and conversions.
He has worked on projects around the world and is currently leading the concept design of two business hotel projects in Sydney.

Kelly Zammit
Senior Project Professional
Kelly has a broad range of architectural experience particularly in the Industrial, Commercial and Residential industries. Prior to joining Reid Campbell, Kelly worked for Australand, where he completed the architectural design for a number of large scale industrial facilities for large tenants within NSW.
His experience also includes working in a services coordination capacity on “Space” (1 Bligh St, Sydney).
Kelly has also been involved in high end residential projects such “One Onslow” and “Sydney Wharf” whilst working at one of Sydney’s leading architectural firms.

Dylan Zammit

Dylan has over 6 years experience as a Project Professional, working for both reputable international firms and major development companies. His experience is extensive across all sectors including industrial, commercial, retail, residential and education.
Prior to joining Reid Campbell, Dylan worked for Australand completing the architectural design of a number of commercial and industrial facilities for large tenants in NSW. Since joining Reid Campbell Dylan has been involved at various levels, in both commercial and industrial and educational sector teams.

Stephanie has a broad range of skills including furniture specifications, design development, client liaison and site management.
One of Stephanie's strengths lies in developing client relationships, allowing her to interpret a client brief into a well designed solution which is delivered on budget, and on time.

Oliver Lowing
Senior Project Professional
Oliver has been using Revit Architecture in training and practice for the past 5 years, both in Sydney and overseas.
He was involved in the installation and implementation of Revit Architecture within the project office of PNG Forest Products. This included training of all staff in its use from documentation, cost bucketing, scheduling and material takeoffs.
In Sydney, Oliver was part of numerous project teams utilising Revit Architecture. All varied in size and complexity but predominantly though a mixed use development in QLD where he was part of the technical team that saw all facets of the project delivered successfully through the use of Revit Architecture.

Emily Maxwell
Marketing & Communications Manager
Emily has 7 years experience in marketing and events, working exclusively in the architectural industry for the last 5 years.
Originally from the UK, she is familar with both the UK and Australian property markets having worked previously at Assael Architecture in London.
She is responsible for all the practice's marketing, communications and PR activities and is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM).
