Chairman
Richard Campbell is an accomplished architect (formally of Davenport Campbell, then Spowers) who has 40 years of involvement in the development of hotels, office buildings, industrial parks and residential developments as a principal.
Richard's area of specific interest is strategic masterplanning of complex projects dealing with physical, social and economic uses.

Managing Director
Richard has an extensive track record working within all property sectors, including education, commercial & industrial, hotels, education and residential as well as the commercial tenant market, particularly in the areas of property advisory, roll-out programming, space analysis and planning.
His understanding of the commercial office market from both the owner/developer and tenant point of view has enabled him to quickly identify niche value-added opportunities for clients, including strategic refurbishment programs.
Richard has responsibility for managing and developing the company's international business ambitions through our global network of offices.

Louis Taurian
Director
Louis is an internationally accomplished Architect, renowned for providing specialist advice on major residential, commercial and institutional projects. His particular area of expertise is in the concept development of major projects.
Prior to joining Reid Campbell in Sydney, Louis was a director and substantial shareholder in Davenport Campbell’s international operations, a company founded by Reid Campbell’s current Chairman, Richard G Campbell.

Song Kitcharayothin
Director
Song has more than 15 years experience working on industrial developments both as a project architect and project director.
He has specialist knowledge of production, manufacturing and biotechnology facilities and of the associated specific, technical fit-out coordination these buildings require.
Song has also worked on numerous masterplanning projects, and has recently worked closely with our UK office on the plans for a 92 hectare distribution logistics park incorporating 2.5 million square feet of cross-docked and rail-served facilities.

Fergus Cumming
Associate Director
Fergus has extensive experience working on major projects in a variety of sectors and heads up the company's retail and education sectors in the Asia-Pacific regions.
Fergus understands the entire spectrum of retail from individual unit fit-outs to mega-scale town centre regeneration schemes, working on notable projects including the highly regarded Rouse Hill Shopping Centre development.
Fergus has also developed a strong expertise in the delivery of education projects having managed the delivery of some 60 public and private schools through the Federal Government Stimulus Package.

Geoff Shaw
Associate Director
Geoff has extensive experience in the hotel sector, with particular knowledge of operators needs and hotel development area programming to inform feasability prior to design.
His experience covers the whole spectrum of hotel types and building options from luxury to budget, from new build and extentions to refurbishments and conversions.
He has worked on projects around the world and is currently leading the concept design of two business hotel projects in Sydney.

Andrew Smith
Director of Interiors
Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 22 years in Commercial fit out design both in Australia and the UK.
He has outstanding client relationship skills, depth of experience in the coordination of complex project consultant teams and strong focus on delivering design solutions which exceed client expectations.
Accomplishments include the refurbishment of the Grade I listed landmark Royal Liver Building, Liverpool (U.K.) which included design of ground floor atrium and main public areas as well as full tenant fit outs on several floors at approx. 2800sqm per floor and 3,500sqm for Austereo (Sydney), where he was responsible for the overall design direction, concepts and detailing as well as delivery of documentation to a very tight deadline.

Tim Walter
Senior Project Professional
Tim has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, both in Australia and overseas.
His broad experience is based on involvement in projects stretching from masterplans to private residences and from hospitality and residential to retail and leisure projects. His strength in project delivery is based on sound skills across the industries which enable him to combine feasibility and ESD with the latest trends in architecture.
Amongst his latest projects is the prestigious redevelopment of the Swiss Grand Hotel in Bondi Beach, the luxurious residential development ‘The Elizabeth’ on Hyde Park and top-end residential developments such as the Wharves 8 & 9 in Pyrmont.
